Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive electrical engineering or BESS experience with advanced technical responsibility.
• Strong understanding of BESS design, integration, commissioning interfaces, and grid interconnection equipment.
• Experience coordinating Engineers of Record, vendors, consultants, AHJs, owners, and project teams to resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency with technical review of drawings, specs, and vendor documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a BESS SME for engineering scopes including layout, integration, controls, fire protection interfaces, commissioning support, and project execution.
• Coordinate Engineers of Record, vendors, third-party consultants, AHJs, and owners to deliver timely BESS engineering deliverables.
• Review BESS drawings, specs, reports, and vendor documentation for contract and project alignment.
• Track engineering action items, review comments, and design revisions through closure across projects.
• Support resolution of technical conflicts, field questions, and vendor/consultant coordination issues.
