CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for satellites and aerospace platforms. You will establish methodologies, guide complex analyses, and serve as a technical authority across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include demanding verification, hardware bring-up, and mentoring engineers to raise engineering standards while delivering reliable, high-performance systems for mission success.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Expert knowledge of circuit analysis and analog/digital electronics.
• Experience with aerospace hardware and high-reliability design is essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish electrical engineering methodologies and architectures for complex products.
• Lead design, analysis, integration and verification across development programs.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards and practices.
• Evaluate system interfaces, perform engineering reviews, and drive reliability improvements.
