Qualifications

• 12–15 years of related experience in power electronics, electrical design, or hardware development.
• Advanced power electronics principles and power conversion knowledge.
• Strong understanding of thermal management, magnetics, and power semiconductor devices.
• Experience solving complex problems across multiple development efforts.
• Mentor engineers and advance engineering practices.
• Proficient with Office suite and collaboration tools.
• Experience with LTspice, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium, Windchill, Git, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex power conversion architectures across multiple programs.
• Evaluate efficiency targets, thermal management, magnetics, switching topologies, component selection.
• Lead design reviews, analyses, and technical evaluations to resolve issues.
• Oversee power electronics integration, lab testing, bring-up, and qualification activities.
• Improve product reliability through testing, verification, and root-cause investigations.
• Guide verification planning and design validation across development programs.
• Provide technical guidance during design reviews and engineering investigations.
• Mentor engineers and promote continuous improvement.
