Summary

This position involves performing electrical design engineering tasks for small projects or segments of larger projects, exercising independent judgment, and making minor design modifications. The role requires setting clear objectives and investigating a limited set of variables.

Qualifications

A 4-year engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program and 10+ years of related experience in electrical engineering within the Built Environment are typically required. Experience with computer software and automated design tools is necessary. Candidates should possess a Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Certification and be working towards Professional Engineering (PE) Registration, which should be attained within two years.

Duties & Responsibilities

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to work at a desk for extended periods
• Operate electronic tools and communicate effectively
• Work in various outdoor and indoor conditions
• Access all project areas, including climbing and maneuvering in different positions
• Lift items up to 25 lbs.
• Follow safety protocols and organize project information
