Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems, possess a Professional Engineering license, and have a proven track record of working on electrical systems within existing facilities. This position plays a crucial role in the design, maintenance, and improvement of electrical systems, ensuring they meet safety, efficiency, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Electrical Systems Design: Lead and participate in the design and development of electrical systems for existing facilities, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and other electrical infrastructure.

  2. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure that electrical designs and modifications comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, and obtain necessary permits and approvals.

  3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Assess and diagnose electrical system issues within existing facilities, recommending and implementing solutions to improve performance, reliability, and safety.

  4. Project Management: Manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.

  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and facility managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other building components.

  6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and hazards associated with electrical systems and implement mitigation measures to ensure a safe working environment.
