Job summary

M.C. Dean in Bowling Green, KY is seeking an Energy Marshal to lead the electrical energy isolation program for a large-scale mission-critical MEP system on-site.

You will ensure safe working conditions, review procedures, and coordinate with the commissioning team and clients to maintain uninterrupted datacenter operations. The role requires deep MV/LV power knowledge, NFPA 70E expertise, LOTO discipline, and the ability to drive safety improvements while coordinating energizations and risk

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 10+ years of field engineering in mission-critical facilities.
• Deep knowledge of MV (>1000V) and LV (<1000V) power distribution SOP.
• NFPA 70E knowledge and certification.
• Experience with LOTO, energization, and energy isolation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage energy isolation program at the site for MEP systems.
• Review procedures and permits to ensure safe electrical work.
• Coordinate energizations/de-energizations with stakeholders.
• Lead pre-energization and energization kick-off meetings.
• Support commissioning activities and safety audits.
