Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC invites a Senior Design Engineer to join our Fenton, MO team or work remotely. You will lead complex electrical design, create constructible BIM models, and deliver construction docs to support field teams.

You will mentor others, ensure QA/QC, and collaborate across design, BIM, and project management. 7–8+ years in BIM/electrical design with NEC knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical design and BIM modeling for large projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and building codes related to design.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members and coordinate with disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide constructability and BIM services for projects, creating 3D models and docs.
• Lead design for complex electrical systems and coordinate with project teams.
• Mentor junior designers, conduct QA/QC, and ensure on-schedule deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors, review shop drawings, and support field installation.
• Support PV design if applicable and contribute to cost control and planning.
