Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a Lead BIM Specialist to guide BIM execution and project workflows. You will mentor team members, coordinate with project managers, and drive standard practices in BIM, prefab, and planning for electrical construction.

Applicants should have 5–6 years BIM modeling, strong Revit expertise, and knowledge of NEC and safety codes; a growth mindset and collaborative skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in BIM/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, Autodesk, Bluebeam, MS Office; Evolve is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of NEC, safety codes, and reading plans and specs.
• Basic project management training and life-cycle understanding.
• Strong desire to learn electrical design and be a dependable team player.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates BIM planning strategies, daily work plans, and maintains accountability on projects.
• Acts as production subject matter expert with high Revit knowledge for software and electrical tasks.
• Performs 2D and 3D drafting to support electrical construction using Revit.
• Supports BIM standards, prefab, and planning; suggests changes to improve procedures.
• Attends BIM coordination meetings and communicates with all parties to implement feedback.
• Builds relationships with customers, project team, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
