Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in BIM/engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years in BIM, with 3–5 years leading people.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit, Dynamo, and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM projects from inception to completion.
• Manage BIM team daily activities and maintain project schedules.
• Oversee budgeting, estimating support, and quality control for BIM deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers to address scope and budget changes.
