Job summary

efficiently is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with BIM experience to design and model electrical systems for commercial and industrial buildings. Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD is required, with knowledge of IEC/IEEE and NFPA-70 standards.

This is a remote, full-time position serving US-based clients. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of US project experience are required, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design and modeling for commercial/industrial buildings.
• Strong BIM knowledge with Revit or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and NFPA-70 standards.
• Good problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs for commercial and industrial buildings.
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings of electrical systems using BIM software (Revit or AutoCAD).
• Model from LOD 100 through LOD 500.
• Plan low-voltage and media distribution.
• Perform calculations to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
