Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a BIM Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver Building Information Modeling across electrical construction projects. You will manage a BIM team, contribute to design, scheduling, estimates, QC, and client satisfaction.

You will oversee BIM workflows, mentor staff, collaborate with project teams, and stay current with electrical codes and software tools. This role offers remote flexibility and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in BIM, engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years as BIM specialist; 3–5 years of people management.
• Proficient with Autodesk, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; Dynamo/Evolve a plus.
• Experience setting up Revit models, families, and reading electrical drawings.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and coordinate BIM projects across electrical construction.
• Manage day-to-day BIM team activities and ensure quality control.
• Develop estimates/proposals for design efforts and monitor department operations.
• Plan and oversee BIM projects to optimize labor, materials, and software use.
• Coordinate scope/budget changes with project managers and clients.
• Mentor staff and foster teamwork and professional growth.
