Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel 50%.
• Strong technical leadership in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in plant operations and industrial environments.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, instrumentation, and automation.
• Ability to coordinate across technical, operational, and project-management teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership on capital project installations with stakeholders.
• Lead electrical & controls design, installation, startup readiness and system performance improvements.
• Coordinate design work with external engineering firms, system integrators and contractors.
• Ensure technical solutions align with plant standards and safety requirements.
• Support startup strategies, handoffs, and shutdown planning as needed.
• Collaborate across plant operations, maintenance, IT and project teams to optimize value.
• Review and coordinate design work and ensure maintainability.
• Travel as required (approx. 25%–100%), including extended time over weekends/holidays.
