Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Sr. Electrical Construction Technical Services Lead for a key data center project. You will liaise with home office and client representatives, provide on-site technical support, and manage construction documentation with revision control.

You will drive permitting activities with AHJs and coordinate with Design-Build teams in the field. The role requires extensive experience in electrical engineering or construction management, strong communication, and leadership to guide

Qualifications

10+ years in electrical engineering or 15–20 years in construction management for heavy-industrial facilities including datacenters.

Responsibilities

Liaise with home office engineering, outside engineering firms, and client representatives.
Provide on-site technical support interpreting engineering documents and input to change management.
Engage in the Permitting process with AHJs.
Collaborate with Design-Build contractors in the field.
Lead construction document management and document control leadership.
Ensure effective communication with subcontractors and revisions control of drawings and documents.
Lead responses to specification deviations and NCRs with project teams.
