Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8 -10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the cost, schedule and optimization of craft labor and maintain the overall construction schedule.
• Inspect site for unsafe conditions and take action to correct deficiencies.
• Coordinate safety training with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor.
• Champion the ZERO Accident Philosophy and ensure compliance with safety codes and standards.
• Monitor craft activities to ensure conformance with specifications and schedules.
• Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for craft recruitment and training programs.
• Review craft time records using established automated tools.
• Oversee installation of materials and equipment per drawings and vendor requirements.
• Enforce field construction policies, procedures and work rules.
