Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to supervise crews delivering mission-critical data center infrastructure. You will lead underground duct banks, high/medium voltage distribution, grounding, and power systems, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating electrical contractors, managing schedules, and maintaining detailed documentation while adhering to regulatory codes and SpaceXAI

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management or electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience supervising electrical construction for data centers or mission-critical facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations for data centers including duct banks, conduits, cable pulling, terminations, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, PDUs, and grounding.
• Manage and schedule electrical contractors and on-site crews to meet milestones while upholding SpaceXAI quality and reliability standards.
• Ensure contractors adhere to electrical scope with high-integrity power systems for uptime and reliability.
• Maintain logs, red-line drawings, and as-built documentation for power infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce aggressive construction schedules to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Champion SpaceXAI's safety program to build a zero-incident culture around energized equipment and excavations.
• Supervise foremen and crews, fostering teamwork, safety, and accountability in a mission-critical environment.
• Proactively resolve on-site challenges—material delays, conflicts, sequencing, and cross-trade coordination—focusing on reliability and code compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify regulatory, electrical code, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports, metrics, and risk updates to senior leadership.
