Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis is seeking a hands-on electrical construction leader to oversee crews building critical data center infrastructure, including underground duct banks, high- and medium-voltage systems, and power distribution.

You will coordinate contractors, enforce safety, manage schedules, document progress, and ensure code compliance across energized installations. Relocation may be required for other US sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale industrial or mission-critical electrical projects.
• Hands-on experience with underground duct banks, HV/MV systems, cable pulling/terminations, switchgear, and power distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations including underground duct banks, conduits, cable pulling, terminations, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs, and grounding.
• Schedule and coordinate electrical contractors and on-site crews to hit milestones.
• Ensure high-integrity power systems meet uptime and reliability standards.
• Maintain logs, red-line drawings, and as-built documentation for power infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce construction schedules and budget adherence.
• Lead safety program and foster zero-incident culture on energized sites.
