Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a Construction Superintendent, Electrical in Memphis to lead on-site electrical construction for our data center projects. You will oversee crews and contractors, manage schedules, enforce safety, and ensure high-integrity power systems for mission-critical facilities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination with multiple trades, and a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. Relocation may be required for additional sites across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years managing electrical construction teams on large-scale projects.
• Experience with underground ducts, high/medium voltage, power distribution.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations for SpaceXAI Data Centers including duct banks, switchgear, transformers, and grounding.
• Manage on-site electrical contractors and crews to hit milestones on time and budget.
• Ensure adherence to electrical scope, quality, and reliability standards for 24/7 operation.
• Maintain logs, red-lines, and as-built docs for power infrastructure.
• Develop aggressive schedules and enforce safety culture across energized work zones.
• Lead foremen and crews, promoting teamwork and accountability on critical projects.
• Resolve on-site challenges and coordinate with other trades for seamless commissioning.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with codes and SpaceXAI standards.
• Provide progress reports and risk updates to senior leadership.
