Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Lead to oversee electrical installations for our Memphis data center. You will manage on-site crews, coordinate contractors, and ensure high-integrity power systems meet 24/7 operation standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years leading industrial or mission-critical electrical projects, with hands-on experience in HV/MV systems, duct banks, and power distribution. Relocation may be required for other US sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing electrical construction teams with strong emphasis on large-scale industrial or mission-critical electrical projects.
• 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in electrical installations including underground duct banks, high-voltage/medium-voltage systems, cable pulling/terminations, switchgear, and power distribution - ideally on industrial processes or heavy power projects.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical installations for data centers.
• Manage electrical contractors and on-site crews to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with electrical scope, safety, and reliability standards.
• Maintain logs, red-line drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Develop aggressive construction schedules and manage budget.
• Enforce SpaceXAI safety program and zero-incident culture.
• Supervise foremen and crews to foster teamwork.
• Resolve on-site challenges and coordinate with other trades.
• Conduct site inspections for codes and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and risk updates to leadership.
