Based in Memphis, this full‑time onsite role leads foremen and crews, coordinates contractors, ensures safety, schedule adherence, and code compliance for mission‑critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing electrical construction teams on large industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Hands-on experience with underground duct banks, HV/MV systems, and power distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations and ensure quality and safety on site.
• Coordinate contractors, crews, and schedules to hit milestones.
• Maintain logs, as-built docs, and site inspections.
• Enforce project schedules and budget controls.
• Uphold NFPA 70E safety standards and code compliance.
• Report progress and risks to senior leadership.
