Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN, seeks an experienced electrical construction manager for mission-critical data center infrastructure. You will oversee crews, manage contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Role requires hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of high/medium voltage, grounding, and coordination with mechanical and civil trades. Relocation may be required for other sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing electrical construction teams on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in underground duct banks, HV/MV systems, cable pulling/terminations, switchgear, power distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations for data centers, including duct banks, switchgear, transformers, UPS, PDUs, and grounding.
• Manage and schedule contractors and on-site crews to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Enforce SpaceXAI safety programs and lead a zero-incident culture around energized equipment and heavy installations.
• Prepare progress reports and risk updates for senior leadership.
