SpaceXAI seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead the Memphis data center build. You will own on-site relationships, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and report to central construction leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong leadership of on-site vendors and technical teams.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior construction representative for the Memphis data center and manage stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end execution from pre-construction to commissioning and controls.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and ensure clear field- to-technical communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure safety, quality, and readiness.
• Drive progress, resolve roadblocks, and align schedules with broader goals.
• Guide commissioning with cross-functional teams and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide KPI dashboards and regular updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure design/standards compliance and perform field verifications.
• Manage change orders and cost control measures.
• Lead site safety initiatives and adapt to evolving needs.
