Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• 5 years of experience in the electrical trade and one year of electrical estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with Company policies.
• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Works with Purchasing Department and vendors to ensure effective material coordination.
• Supports generation of new business.
• Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Supports the process of planning, organizing, and staffing electrical construction projects.
• Ensures tasks related to safety, productivity, and quality meet customer expectations.
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings and coordinates with leadership.
