Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks Principal Electrical Components Engineers to serve as recognized SMEs for critical nuclear plant electrical components. Remote within the United States is possible, with leadership responsibilities across power distribution systems.

You will provide technical direction, perform analyses, develop specifications, and mentor engineers in a growth‑oriented environment. PE licensure is preferred or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years in power generation, utility, industrial, or nuclear electrical systems.
• Demonstrated SME-level expertise in one or more listed components.
• Experience with lifecycle management or reliability for electrical power components.
• PE license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and engineering expertise for assigned electrical component and/or power distribution systems.
• Perform root cause analyses and equipment performance evaluations; develop reliability improvements.
• Serve as trusted advisor to nuclear utility clients; present technical solutions to leadership.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers; perform assignments with minimal guidance.
