• Strong leadership, client relations and safety focus.
• Ability to balance budgets, schedules and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate with estimating, scheduling, and subcontractors for baseline plans.
• Drive weekly client meetings and status reporting.
• Manage budgets, change orders and risk mitigation activities.
