Job summary

NorthStar Energy Solutions, a Quanta Services company, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of electric utility construction projects. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.

This role may require travel to project sites and extended hours during critical phases, with work in both office and field environments.

Qualifications

• Understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with billing processes, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating electric utility construction projects.
• Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to support successful project execution.
