Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical, construction, or industrial projects on customer sites nationwide. This role requires hands-on scheduling, budgeting, and risk management to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and quality standards.

You will coordinate with sales, engineering, and safety teams, manage stakeholder communications, and drive closeout activities.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading electrical, construction, or industrial projects.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; pre-employment MVR check.
• No immigration sponsorship; relocation not offered; reside within 50 miles of Fenton, MO.

Aufgaben

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to meet quality standards.
• Handle job handoffs and complete initial scope and scheduling reviews.
• Use project management tools to track milestones and deliverables on site.
• Coordinate project meetings and formal communication plans with stakeholders.
• Navigate scheduling around other trades to drive efficiencies.
• Determine mechanisms for closeout, punch lists, warranty, and transfer.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for EESS activities.
• Collaborate with DOC team to address safety initiatives and concerns.
• Provide financial oversight including cost control and change orders.
• Work with NAS PMO, sales engineers, TAS to align expectations and timelines.
• Implement program level requirements from strategic operations managers.
• Mentor team members and develop project management competencies.
