Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years in construction management with 5+ years leading electrical/industrial projects.
- Regular Driver with valid license and clean MVR; no immigration sponsorship.
- Relocation not offered; reside within 50 miles of Menomonee Falls or Mount Pleasant, WI.
- Bachelor-level degree or higher in related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning to closeout.
- Review technical requirements, scope, and timelines at handoff.
- Track milestones and on-site execution with PM software.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Manage interfaces with other trades to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee closeout, punch lists, and warranty handoff.
