Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Lead Construction Manager to drive complex industrial and electrical projects in Reno, NV. This role leads full-cycle delivery, coordinating planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, enforce safety initiatives, manage change orders and warranty handoffs, and act as the primary on-site contact throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Progressive construction management experience in industrial/electrical projects required.
• Experience leading large, complex projects with cross-functional teams preferred.
• Strong planning, budgeting, scheduling, and change-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning and budgeting to scheduling and risk management.
• Review technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during handoff.
• Coordinate with teams and manage on-site execution to stay on track.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee safety initiatives and ensure compliance across all sites.
• Manage cost control, change orders, and closeout activities.
