Sargent & Lundy is seeking an experienced electrical distribution engineer to lead design and QA/QC for overhead and underground network projects (4 kV through 34 kV). You will oversee sketches, coordinate work packages, and lead client meetings in a hybrid office environment.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 9+ years in electric utility distribution, and familiarity with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and PoleForeman. PE is a plus; relocation packages may apply.

Competenze

• This position requires a degree from an engineering program.
• 9 or more years of experience with electric utility distribution or relevant experience.
• PE License is a plus.
• Five or more years of experience in physical distribution design methods and their application.
• Knowledgeable in codes, standards, and distribution software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, PoleForeman.
• Familiarity with design codes and standards (NESC, NEC, ANSI, IEEE, GIS/GWD).
• Experience with complex overhead and underground distribution projects (120/208V through 34kV).
• Experience serving as firm/client liaison in a lead engineering role.
• Strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee construction sketches and details for overhead and underground network services up to 34 KV.

• Analyze and design priority feeds and plan distribution system modifications.
