SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst to support electronic case reporting, data interoperability, and modernization efforts for a public health surveillance registry. You will assess requirements, develop automated data extraction and validation processes, and build dashboards to streamline workflows.

The role focuses on reducing manual review, improving data usability, and collaborating with program, epidemiology, and technical staff to deliver robust

Formación

• 8+ years developing, testing, maintaining SAS, Python, or R.
• 8+ years of system integration, dashboards, and automation for interoperability.
• 8+ years working with health data and complex administrative datasets.
• Ability to document code and technical specs for workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Assess needs to ingest eICRs and auto-populate registry fields.
• Create reports and system requirements for interoperability.
• Document scripts, workflows, and integration details for maintenance.
• Develop, test, and maintain SAS, Python, or R programs for data pipelines.
• Build dashboards for eCR/eICR implementation and data modernization.
• Lead automation projects to streamline data ingestion and triage.
