Job summary
SMART TECH SKILLS LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst to support electronic case reporting, data interoperability, and modernization of a public health registry. Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience developing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SAS, Python, R or similar programming scripts.
- 8+ years of experience with system integration, dashboard creation, and automation for interoperability workflows.
- 8+ years of experience working with health-related data or complex administrative data.
- Experience with databases and querying.
- 8+ years of testing and validating automated data-integration solutions.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and document code clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Assess needs to ingest eICRs and auto-populate registry data fields.
- Develop reports and system requirements for interoperability.
- Document scripts, workflows, validation procedures, and integration details.
