Job summary

SpaceX in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Senior EHS Engineer to lead the development and implementation of EHS training programs across the Starlink operations. You will drive regulatory compliance, design curricula, and manage LMS content to enhance safety and workforce capability in a high-hazard manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze training data, and architect strategic roadmaps to reduce risk and improve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in EHS, manufacturing, operations, program or training roles.
• Experience developing EHS training programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and adult learning principles.
• TPM expertise preferred; PMP welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement EHS training curricula and programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to identify improvements.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Manage LMS content, tracking, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and EHS teams for relevance.
• Analyze training data to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
