Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, program/project management, supply chain management, consulting, or engineering.
• Experience with data analytics and EHS program management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dashboards and tools for environmental health and safety.
• Analyze data related to environmental monitoring, incident reports, and safety performance for visualization.
• Collaborate with teams to gather feedback on systems and improvements.
• Provide training materials and sessions on safety applications and visualization platforms.
• Collaborate with software teams/contractors to improve applications and manage projects to completion.
• Produce specific metric reports as needed.
• Drive a disciplined project management framework to mature EHS initiatives.
• Lead strategic action planning aligned with risk reduction and operational excellence.
