Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. EHS Program Manager to support Starlink operations in Bastrop, TX. You will drive EHS systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to enhance safety and operational excellence.

The role requires extensive data analytics, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to manage safety program projects from concept through completion. Relocation may be required; travel to other SpaceX locations is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in manufacturing, operations, program or project management, or engineering roles.
• Experience in data analytics and EHS project management is preferred.
• PM/TPM expertise is a plus; PMP welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dashboards and tools for EHS department.
• Analyze environmental data and safety performance to improve visualization.
• Collaborate with teams to gather feedback on systems.
• Provide training on safety apps and visualization platforms.
• Coordinate with software teams/contractors for improvements and project completion.
• Produce metric reports on request.
• Follow a disciplined PM framework to mature EHS initiatives.
