Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Engineer to lead the EHS training programs for Starlink operations in Bastrop, TX. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and continuously improving training curricula that enhance safety, regulatory compliance, and workforce capability.

You will manage LMS content, coordinate with operations and engineering teams, and drive data-driven improvements to training effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
5+ years of experience in EHS or related roles.
Experience in manufacturing or high-hazard environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive EHS training curricula, materials, and programs aligned with operational needs and regulatory requirements.
Conduct training needs assessments, gap analyses, and evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and content development.
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training; create and maintain educational materials and job aids.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and EHS teams to ensure training relevance and integrate lessons learned from audits and incidents.
Manage LMS content, tracking, and compliance documentation for training completion and effectiveness.
Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance training delivery methods and manage related projects to completion.
Analyze training data to measure program effectiveness, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
