Job summary

Texas Materials Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS leader to provide training, oversight and compliance across all locations. The role emphasizes proactive coaching of management and staff to uphold safety philosophies and prevent incidents.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a safety field and at least five years of managerial experience with a large workforce, with knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, TXDOT and FMCSA standards. Travel to sites will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, oversight and compliance support to all lines of business and facilities.

• Lead safety coaching of management, supervisors and employees to prevent incidents.
• Oversee contractors, qualifications and high-hazard work.
• Conduct safety audits and track corrective timelines.
