Job summary

ADM is seeking a senior Lead Environmental, Health & Safety Auditor to lead audits across North America. The role requires expert EHS knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage diverse audit teams in large industrial settings.

The position offers a base pay range with annual incentives, travel about 50-60% to ADM facilities and remote work flexibility depending on the candidate. Background checks are required and experience with food/beverage processing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Sciences or related EHS fields.
• At least 10 years industrial experience.
• At least 5 years auditing or closely related work experience.
• Subject matter expert in health and safety, including US and state-level health and safety laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary EHS and Process Safety audit teams with internal auditors and SMEs.
• Independently perform EHS compliance and management systems audits.
• Contribute to audits as health and safety SME; communicate findings to management.
