Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Co. has an immediate opening for a senior Lead Environmental, Health & Safety Auditor in North America.

This position will lead and perform EHS and Process Safety audits at ADM facilities throughout North America and will be a health & safety subject matter expert. Reporting to the Global EHS Audit Director, responsibilities include leading audit teams, independently performing EHS compliance and management systems audits, and preparing and communicating findings to all

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Sciences or related EHS fields.
• At least 10 years industrial experience.
• At least 5 years auditing or closely related work experience.
• Subject matter expert in health and safety laws.
• Experience with plant-based processing, food, flavour, and beverage industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary EHS and Process Safety audit teams.
• Independently performing EHS compliance and management systems audits.
• Prepare and communicate compliance findings to management.
