Ardent Mills is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety – Center of Excellence Leader to provide strategic leadership for EHS across our plants. This remote role supports CO/remote operations with a focus on safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with company values.

You will lead cross-functional teams, guide audits, drive EHS program development, budgeting, onboarding, and training, and Partner with site leaders to strengthen accountability

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams.
• Experience in EHS fields.
• ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 knowledge.
• CFATS program exposure.

Mansioni

• Lead EHS programs across Ardent Mills plants.
• Identify and lead EHS projects across operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance to site leadership on EHS programs.
• Develop and monitor EHS standards and processes.
