Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our comprehensive EHS program across manufacturing environments. You will implement policies, manage regulatory compliance, and drive continuous safety improvements while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 7+ years in EHS with supervisory experience, and OSHA 30-Hour certification. Master’s degree and CSP/CIH are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 7 years progressive EHS experience with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• OSHA 30-Hour (General Industry or Construction) required; CSP/CIH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages EHS programs in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Leads incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
• Manages regulatory compliance activities including permits, reporting, recordkeeping, and agency correspondence.
• Designs and delivers EHS training programs for employees at all levels.
• Leads, mentors, and manages EHS staff across multiple sites and tracks performance metrics.
