Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead EHS programs on site at our Auburn Hills, MI plant. You will drive Safety, Environmental, and Health initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk reduction.

You will develop policies, mentor EHS staff, and partner with operations to ensure a safe, compliant workplace while supporting manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience leading EHS programs and teams.
• Professional EHS certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM) preferred.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and environmental management systems.
• Experience with machinery safety, waste management, and management of change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety programs and initiatives across the site.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs for compliance.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing EHS team members.
• Create training programs for Environmental Management, Safety, Emergency Response, and Business Continuity.
• Establish measurable goals and performance metrics for the EHS function.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, trend reporting, and metric management.
• Lead the facility Safety Committee and collaborate with operations and leadership.
