Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Environmental, Health and Safety roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Safety, Engineering or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• Experience in ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 management systems.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems and programs.
• Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventative actions.
• Deliver EHS training programs.
• Manage environmental permits, waste, air emissions, and wastewater.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into operations.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to management.
• Stay current on new EHS regulations and best practices.
• Serve as technical resource on EHS for employees and management.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
