Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing solutions leader, seeks an experienced EHS leader for our Richardson, TX facility. You will drive Environmental, Health & Safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop training to protect employees and operations.

You will build high-performing teams, manage budgets and metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of ISO 14001/45001, OSHA, and risk reduction is essential in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proven leadership of EHS programs and teams.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and environmental mgmt systems (ISO 14001/OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety programs across the site.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing EHS staff.
• Create training programs for Environmental Management, Safety, Health and Business Continuity.
• Establish metrics for EHS performance and monitor budget relevance.
• Drive continuous improvement, incident prevention, and corrective actions.
• Chair the facility Safety Committee and partner with operations leadership.
