Job summary

Stryker in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Environmental Health and Safety to lead the site EHS program, align with Global Quality Operations strategy, and partner with plant leadership to drive safety performance.

You will oversee incident investigations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, risk reduction and employee wellbeing, while developing the EHS team and coordinating with Corporate departments to ensure safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years' experience in Operations, Industrial Manufacturing, EHS, Quality or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage EHS strategy at site level and align with global GQO directives.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage resources to achieve EHS goals.
• Oversee incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and risk reduction programs.
• Lead the EHS team and foster a culture of performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate departments on safety initiatives.
