Job summary

Stryker seeks a Senior Manager, EHS – Americas to drive the environmental, health, and safety strategy across offices, labs, distribution centers, and select manufacturing sites in the Americas. You will partner with EHS Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to strengthen safety culture and reduce operational risk.

You will lead risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, while developing a capable EHS team and providing strategic guidance to site

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, OH&S, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in regulated industries.
Minimum 7 years of EHS leadership across multiple sites or regions.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment of regional EHS strategies aligned with global objectives.
Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness for all facilities.
Develop and deliver EHS training programs and lead incident investigations.
