Job summary

Stryker is seeking a senior EHS leader to drive environmental, health, and safety programs across our manufacturing operations in the United States. You will provide strategic and operational oversight of employee health, regulatory compliance, risk management, and team leadership within the plant leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 10+ years of EHS leadership in manufacturing/regulated environments.
• 5+ years managing teams or multi-site EHS programs.
• Experience complying with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Experience developing and managing EHS budgets and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of EHS strategies, plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Manage EHS compliance programs and regulatory reporting.
• Direct EHS incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Oversee emergency response, hazardous materials handling, waste management, and inspections.
• Lead EHS professionals and cross-functional initiatives delivering safety metrics and continuous improvement.
