Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing/regulated environment
• Minimum 2 years in EH&S audits, investigations, or regulatory activities
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local EH&S regulations
• Experience delivering workplace safety training

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain EH&S procedures, work instructions, and compliance programs to meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine EH&S audits, inspections, and incident investigations; document findings and track corrective actions.
• Deliver and maintain EH&S training programs including emergency response, hazardous material handling, and site training.
• Evaluate manufacturing operations to identify EH&S risks and ensure regulatory compliance and worker safety.
• Coordinate safety committees and multi-shift safety support; report metrics to management.
