Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years' of working experience in Operations, Industrial Manufacturing, EHS, Quality or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategy, scope, schedule, costs, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage resources to achieve objectives.
• Advise on employee health & safety; support division manufacturing partners.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead and develop the EHS team and drive performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align EHS with regulatory and business needs.
• Deliver metrics and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
