Job summary

ITW Pro Brands in Easton, MD, is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the site’s environmental, health, and safety program. You will implement ITW policies, ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA rules, and partner with operations to mitigate hazards.

The role requires guiding safety training, conducting audits and incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement across processes and capital projects. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field required.
• Minimum of five years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification required.
• Experience leading risk-reduction initiatives and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site leaders to set EHS priorities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Develop and manage OSHA programs including LOTO, Fall Protection, HazCom, and others.
• Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and incident reporting with HR.
• Support capital projects with EHS risk assessments.
