Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in San Diego, CA, is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead health, safety, environmental, and security programs across facilities.

You will develop proactive policies, conduct audits, and drive EMS/ISO 14001 certification while ensuring regulatory compliance and incident management. Responsibilities include risk assessment, training delivery, environmental stewardship, and KPI reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive EHS program management experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day EHS leadership and guidance to facility personnel.
• Identify and mitigate health and safety hazards with written guidelines.
• Conduct routine EHS audits and inspections and review investigation reports.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training to employees and contractors.
• Manage environmental compliance: hazardous waste, stormwater, air emissions, wastewater.
• Oversee security operations to protect people, property, and assets.
• Maintain EMS program and drive ISO 14001 certification.
• Lead incident and case management: investigations and return-to-work.
• Track EHS performance and prepare KPI reports for leadership.
